This basement was having water intrusion in the basement, leaving puddles on the ground at the base of walls after every rain. Our production team arrived at the home and installed our waterproofing system, which uses a perimeter waterproofing system to drain and evacuate all water before it can enter the basement space.

A homeowner in Dublin, GA was experiencing water intruding in their garage during heavy rains and standing water near their foundation walls. A Speed-D channel drain was installed at the entrance to redirect water to the sumpump and the exterior drainage system. 

Water escapes from the IceGuard fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe.

The LawnScape Outlet is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning, minimizing maintenance for your home.

As you can see, due to there being no gutters installed on the building and no where for the water to be redirected away from the foundation. We installed a perimeter exterior drainage system along the foundation to catch and redirect any water that may cause harm long-term and to a discharge outlet a distance away.
