This homeowner was experiencing sinking and unlevelness on their main walkway leading to their home. Polylevel two part foam was installed to raise and level the concrete back to proper height. 

Foundation piers are installed to stabilize and support this homeowner's foundation that has experienced settlement. Settlement occurs when the soil beneath the foundation shifts, compresses, or becomes unstable, leading to structural issues. Foundation piers transfer the weight of the structure to more stable soil layers or bedrock, preventing further settlement and potentially lifting the foundation back to its original position.

SmartJack support systems stabilize sinking floors by providing additional structural support. They are installed beneath the affected area to prevent further settling, redistribute the load, and, if necessary, lift the floor back to a level position. The inspector designed a custom solution to stabilize the foundation and encapsulate the crawl space to reduce moisture and humidity.
