This involved assessing the problem areas, preparing the site, placing the SmartJacks at strategic points, and adjusting them to lift and stabilize the floor. A final inspection ensured the supports were properly installed and the floor was level and stable.

Our foundation pier system addressed a homeowner's settling foundation by stabilizing and lifting it back to its original position. Steel piers were driven deep into stable soil layers, bypassing the weak, shifting soil near the surface. This provided a solid foundation for the structure, preventing further settlement and restoring structural integrity.
