An owner contacted us about her home in Star, Idaho. She was worried about the structural integrity of her crawl space so she gave Foundation and Crawl Space Repair of Idaho a call. The team installed two SmartJack supports. This homeowner was worried about the cracked walls against the sinking corner of their home. To fix it, we brought in SupportWorks© helical piers. These piers are 'screwed' into the soil next to the foundation, and sections are added to reach the necessary depth and capacity needed to transfer the weight of the home onto more competent soils.
