A recent customer of our John went to go reduce his floor but noticed his floors are unlevel. He was unsure if he should just move forward or have someone come out and look at it before he redid them. They called us and told us their concerns and we got them on the schedule to meet with our specialist Ryan. Once Ryan got out to the home he met with the homeowners and went over their concerns once again as well as what they would like to see get done. He then went into the home to look at the floors from above then he went into the crawlspace to look from under. He then let the homeowner know he strongly recommends our SmartJacks to help stabilize the parts of the floor that has either weak or no supports.
