After 7 years of a damp, musty crawl space, this homeowner wanted it fixed for good. So, we replaced the thin, flimsy liner with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, which includes puncture resistance, brute tear resistance, and a 25-year warranty against rips and tears. Then, we installed our TripleSafe, which provides triple protection against a flooding crawl space with three Zoeller cast iron pumps. 

This homeowner has a large basement that they wanted to be able to use.  The problem was that there was always water on the floor.  Water would run down the walls and pool onto the floors below, making it difficult to use the room.  The homeowner had a sump pump installed to pump the water back out, but that didn't keep the water from first spreading across the floor on the way to the sump pump.  We installed DryTrak to collect the water at the bottom of the walls and send it directly to the sump pump, keeping the floors completely dry.  The owner can now use the basement worry free.

This customer got ahold us of because he noticed some of the flooring in his home weakening and sagging so we came out and came to the conclusion that we needed to install our smart jack system and supplemental beam installation to resolve the issue.
