A porch in Staunton, IL, was unleveled and needed to be addressed. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level out the concrete. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete slabs. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their porch is in great shape! 

This basement in Marissa, Illinois was musty and wet consistently before Woods installed WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump system. Now, the basement is dry all year round!

WaterGuard drains are installed around the perimeter of basement walls to collect water leaks and direct them towards the sump pump. These drains will prevent the homeowner from having water damaged walls that would affect the safety of the home's foundation. WaterGuard drains are a french designed drainage system that will keep a previously musty, wet basement healthy and dry.

This system collects water and directs it to a nearby sump pump or directly into drains that lead away from the home's perimeter. Plastic pipes are laid directly underneath the floor and sit on top of the soil to prevent clogging from dirt or other debris.
