Sharon S., St. Louis, Missouri homeowner, was troubled by her musty, moldy crawlspace. The mold was an allergen and caused her home's air to be unhealthy. System design specialist Adam R. designed a solution to keep her crawlspace dry.
CleanSpace was installed by foreman James L. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier that keeps water out of the crawlspace. Because it is inorganic, it does not support mold growth. Sharon is thrilled to have a dry crawlspace and a healthy home.
A crawlspace in Saint Louis, MO was leaking water when it rained, so Woods installed a SmartSump system to pump this water out. A CleanSpace liner was also installed to isolate the crawlspace from the earth and to prevent moisture, dirt, and debris from entering. This crawlspace will remain clean and dry for years to come!
A basement wall was leaking in Saint Louis, MO, and the water was pooling onto the floor. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls and drain any leaks down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system to be pumped out of the house. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain clean and dry for years to come!
This Creve Coeur homeowner's crawlspace was damp, dirty, and open to outside air, making the situation worse. If left untreated it could become a breeding ground for critters and mold, or worse, cause the floor above to fail. Because of the inconsistent temperature in the crawlspace, it makes regulating the temperature of the entire house extremely difficult. On top of that, the old insulation was failing all together. To remedy these issues, the CleanSpace encapsulation system was used, to create an airtight and moisture-free crawlspace, keeping water and outside air out. They also installed the SilverGlow insulation system to regulate the temperature better than the previously failing insulation. This will keep the home better insulated and free of mold, critters, and moisture for years to come.
Caprice B. of St. Louis, Missouri, had water leaking into her basement, so she decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Brenton K. was able to recommend installing a TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace, and WaterGuard.
Foreman, Juan H. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump uses a primary pump, secondary pump, and a backup battery-powered pump to keep your home protected all year round. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that is attached to the wall and it collects water that seeps through the basement walls. The WaterGuard is located in the perimeter of the basement floor and it takes the collected water from the CleanSpace and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home.
Now Caprice B. has a dry basement.
