Ken told me something I didn't want to hear, that I had water coming in over the top of my basement wall and that I had to dig it out to drain it right from the outside. At least I did not need to buy another sump pump to fix this. I appreciated how Ken took the time to show me how and why the water was getting into the basement and how to fix it right.... even if I was going to do it myself.
