About 18 months ago, I had issues with my window well filling up and leaking into the basement. It probably did so about 3 or 4 times before I was able to resolve the issue through gutter guards and a french drain to better pull water away from this location. Recently I noticed that while the window well was no longer leaking, the carpet was damp along the wall underneath this window well. After taking out some of the drywall, I see that the concrete walls are wet up to about 24 inches above the ground, with the dampest section near the middle in a location basically under the window well. I'm not sure if consistent pressure from previous years of poor drainage in this area of the yard could have caused damage to the foundation, or if there are still issues with the window well, or a clogged perimeter drain or something else. I'm looking for someone to determine root cause and quote repairs.
