Water would seep into this home at the cove joint, where the wall and floor meet
We used a combination of Fortress Carbon Fiber Straps and Wall Anchors to stabilize these cinderblock foundation walls.
Our two step Epoxy Crack Injection comes with a life-time transferable warranty.
Water would wash in under this door, a Trench Drain was set into the floor to capture that water and send it to our SuperSump pump.
The expansion and contraction of the outside soil, can cause a poured foundation to crack. An Epoxy Crack Injection will correct the crack and comes with a life-time transferable warranty.
SuperSump
The installation of the CleanSpace Encapsulation System will begin on the exterior walls of the crawlspace. We seal off any vents from the inside using foam board. This will keep outside moisture from effecting the crawlspace humidity levels. We then place Drainage Matting along the floor. Next, we wrap any pilasters and finally we apply a 20 ml CleanSpace liner on the floor. Lastly, we installed an Aprilaire Dehumidifier to balance moisture and humidity levels.
This is a finished look at an Epoxy Crack Injection, after the second visit to cut the injection ports, and to smooth out the epoxy for a clean finish.
