Flooded basement: Indiana has an annual precipitation that averages about 40 inches statewide which can lead to some serious flooding issues. When flooding hits your area, your basement is most likely to be the prime target for water damage.
Other wet basement signs: There are many possible sources for pooling water, damp basement walls or flooring, and high humidity. These include: rusty basement windows, poor grading around the foundation, leaks through cracks in the foundation, saturated soils, simple plumbing failures, and poorly functioning drainage or sump pump systems. A basement already musty and damp is ill-prepared for the next bad rainstorm! Basement waterproofing can address the underlying issues, prevent future water damage and improve the indoor air quality.
Waterproof your wet basement today! Basement Systems experts in the Indiana area have helped homeowners for decades with their basement water issues. From identifying the source of leaks, flooding, groundwater seepage, and musty odors, our wide range of waterproofing and moisture control solutions have helped homes in Indiana stay healthy and dry even in the toughest of storms.

My sump pump runs frequently - approximately every 10 minutes on 'dry' days. It discharges into the back corner of my yard at a location where 4 properties meet. This area is constantly saturated with water, and is a growing concern for the neighbors and myself. I had previously purchased a dry well system - 50 gallon from NDS - but I have not installed, nor do I know if this would be the best solution.
