The work was done in a timely fashion and was done per the contract. Very professionally done.
Representatives of the company were very courteous and offered quality information. Again the only thing that has not been carrier out is a copy of the completion pictures. I have a bad back and cannot get under the house to see what I have paid for.
My only problem was that he didn't return my call and text and present me with copies of the pictures of the underneath, prior to installation - per request.
Andy and the complete crew were great. I could not have asked for a better group of individuals to work with. Andy kept me informed as to what they were going to do that day and throughout the day he kept me up to date with their progress.
The property was left clearer upon their departure that it was when they arrives. Very professional.
What made you choose our company:
I had a reference from a friend in Lewisport, Kentucky who had a friend who had use your services. Along with this I researched your company on the Web and found very positive information about hour services.
