Our Overall Service
Very satisfied and will be calling them back for the next phase of the project.
Call Representative
Desiree was professional and a great communicator.
Sales Process
Rob was thorough and understood our needs, budget, and timeline. Not at all pushy!
Our Installation Crew
Justin and Chris were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure that the multi-contoured areas of the sidewalk were a level in the end. They completed the job at under two hours.
The Cleanup Process
Great! Can’t tell they were even here.
To any one with basement water problems I would definitely recommend MidAmerica Basement...
