Here you can see the original crawlspace has water that was currently leaking from under the crawlspace door and also you can see water marks on the block walls.

This is where the sump pump will be installed and have the WaterGuard drain system flow into.

After the dry wall was trimmed back and hauled away, we located the crack where the water damage was coming from.

Floors above basement were starting to sag due to failing floor Joist

This is the crawl space opening that had been previously dug out and covered by boards

Here at the end of our Waterguard install is our SuperSump Pump.

Here is our Smart Sump that comes equipped with a 1/3hp cast iron zoeller pump, an airtight lid, and a water watch alarm. Also installed is our Sanidry Dehumidifier which ties directly into the sump pump so there is no manual emptying required.

Here was one of the problematic windows that would allow water to leak into the basement. As you can see stains on both the wall and floor from the leaking window.
