What made you choose our company:

I am very pleased with the work done by Dryzone Basement Systems. Dryzone installed the SmartJack system to replace a very rotten main beam within my crawl space. The beam and supports are made of steel and should outlast the life of the house, adding value to my property. I also had the space encapsulated with their SilverGlo product. I can now move about in the crawl space to work on other items without getting dirty. The house above the crawl space no longer smells musty and feels much cooler during the summer heat. Thanks to Andrew, the engineer who came out, inspected the crawl space, and sat down with me to answer the many questions I had; he was very professional. I also felt very comfortable with Damien and his crew—I wish I could enter and exit the crawl space with the ease they did! Damien explained what they were doing every step of the way, which showed me they know exactly what they are doing. I don’t know if you can specifically ask for Damien and his crew, but it will definitely be worth it if you can. They accomplished a lot of work within just a day and a half. Last but not least, Christina was on top of everything, making sure the billing was correct. I got a lot of estimates from different companies for this project, and I received much more value at a lower cost from Dryzone. If I had to think of one negative, I would say the wait time from the signing of the contract to the time the work actually got done was a bit long. However, it was not an emergency for me. They clearly have a lot of customers, and Damien told me they are adding more teams to handle the workload. Highly recommended!
