Curtis was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the history of Dry Zone services and installation at my home. Once he assessed the state of my 20+ year old dehumidifier and showed me the results, it was clear that replacement was necessary. He presented the options and I was able to make an informed choice. He removed the old unit, installed the new one and walked me through what to expect from it. Then he addressed some upkeep to my overall basement waterproofing, immediately provided a follow-up email summary and receipt, and gave me the manual for my new Sanidry XP unit. I have had Basement Systems take care of my basement issues in three different homes over the last 30+ years, and am a very satisfied, loyal customer.
