Prior to joining the Sure-Dry team, Robert met a wonderful product called WaterGuard. The WaterGuard system collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to your sump pump. The system installs quickly and has a clean finished appearance.

Robert worked in the construction industry for a number of years before joining the Sure-Dry team. He understands working with homeowners to achieve their home improvement projects. “I am committed to delivering a remarkable customer-contractor experience by finding and solving the real issues affecting the livability and value of your home,” Robert says.

From the first consultation to the final walk through, every employee from Sure-Dry was punctual, friendly, and professional. Oscar and his crew did the work of the four-day job, and I felt very good about their work. They stopped frequently to let me know how things were going and asked if I had any questions. It's messy work, but they left it cleaner than they found it. Great experience.A follow up visit a year later... Kevin did a great job. He explained what he was going to do, answered all of my questions, and was very friendly.A follow up visit in year 3 -- CJ was great! He answered my questions with patience and walked me through what he saw when he checked the system. Professional and friendly!

All the people that I have worked with in this company have been responsive, curious, professional and on time. We hit a small roadblock in our initial project plan and the team really stepped in found an alternate fix and made it happen. 10/10 would recommend their services.
