Window Well Update in Fairmont, MN

This homeowner from Fairmont, MN stopped by our office one day to discuss replacing a window well at their home. Without much explanation, we knew exactly what was going on. Wood was commonly used as the structure for window wells. As time goes on, the wood will start to rot or warp due to the elements. This homeowner was using 2x4s to support his well and knew a collapse was imminent. Our Design Specialist gave the homeowner information about our RockWell Window Well. SuperSump Sump Pump System was added to handle water removal efficiently. With a powerful cast-iron pump and an airtight lid, this system ensures the basement stays dry, quietly and reliably. Protecting a Pemberton, MN Basement

This Pemberton, MN homeowner was dealing with a cracked and bowing basement wall and water seeping in during heavy rains. The horizontal crack was a clear sign of pressure from the soil outside, and the moisture was beginning to damage the interior, causing musty odors and concern over long-term structural stability. The home was in need of basement waterproofing and foundation repair. We permanently stabilized the bowing wall using our PowerBrace system, which prevents further inward movement and can even help straighten the wall over time. To address the water intrusion, we installed our WaterGuard drainage system to collect and redirect water, paired with CleanSpace wall covering to create a vapor barrier and improve the basement’s appearance. The space is now dry, stable, and protected from future damage.

Dry, Safe & Solid: A Foundation Fix in Le Center, MN

This basement in Le Center, MN was suffering from significant water intrusion and structural issues. The cinder block walls showed signs of long-term moisture damage and efflorescence, mold-like staining, and visible cracks throughout. The floor was discolored and damp, indicating ongoing water seepage. The basement has been completely transformed after a full waterproofing and stabilization makeover.
