Roy joined the Complete Basement Systems team in 2000 as a Crew Leader. He instantly found his passion and continued to develop himself professionally in order to grow his career and be a valuable asset to the team. He grew up down the street from the Barke's, so knew their values matched his own. He takes pride in the work ethic his parents instilled in him.
He obtained his Waterproofing Professional Certification and was able to share his skills with other employees as Production Manager. He was, and still is, involved in developing many of the modern methods of waterproofing used today.
Roy manages the Production Team ensuring quality and efficiency on every single job while making sure our customers and crew members have an enjoyable experience with the company. He manages the production schedule, gets the crews what they need to successfully install a project, and answers any questions the crew or customers have.
Roy enjoys working at Complete Basement Systems because he can see so much of the state. He likes to see the positive impact our work has on people's lives. He also really enjoys how fun his team is to work with.
In his free time, Roy enjoys the outdoors. He gardens, fishes, grills out, and likes to check out wineries and breweries.
