What made you choose our company:

We got quotes from 4 companies. The rep for Complete Basement Systems was the only one we felt really listened to what we wanted and worked with us on that rather than trying to upsell us or ignore part of what we wanted (replacement of small basement windows). We were also really impressed with both the look and quality of the egress windows the company used and felt confident that we won't have to replace them in a handful of years like the metal ones the other companies were trying to push.
