Charli Grace (A.K.A. Turkey)

Hi, I’m Charli (aka Turkey)! I joined the Northern States Basement Systems team in 2023 as the Chief Executive Officer of Service, Office Cuddles, and Company Morale—basically, I make sure everyone’s day is a little brighter (and furrier).

I absolutely love my job and take my responsibilities seriously: greeting customers, boosting office vibes, and making sure the crew knows they’re appreciated. The best part? Getting rewarded with Milk-Bones for doing my job. Bonus points if I get to sneak in a nap or play session with my co-worker Wednesday—work-life balance is everything, after all!

At the end of the day, my motto is simple: smiles, snacks, snuggles… and maybe a little chaos for fun.
