Hi, I’m Lisa, the Administrative Support Specialist here at Northern States Basement Systems! I moved to the area from Denver, Colorado, about two years ago, and I’m so happy to call this place home. I bring 25 years of administrative experience to my role, and I truly love what I do.

As the right hand to our CEO and General Manager, I help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. My day-to-day responsibilities include answering our busy phones, coordinating schedules, supporting our team, and helping wherever I’m needed. And, of course, I’m also the official dog petter and treat supplier for our Head of Security Wednesday and Chief Executive Officer Of Service, Snuggles & Company Morale! Charli (AKA Turkey)!

What I enjoy most about my job is being part of such a close-knit team. I appreciate our fun, relaxed work environment and the opportunity to continue learning, growing, and finding new ways to best support our customers and our team.
