We were really happy with our overall experience with your company. From the start we always felt at ease and were confident you would do what you say. It was very nice to have no extra fees or sudden price changes that was very nice to be able to trust the quote we got. Everyone we worked with was very nice and patient and respectful to talk to. They gave their full attention and never made you feel bad for asking questions.

She made the process very smooth. She did an excellent job explaining the process what to expect.

Dave put our mind at ease and was very patient with us and answered all our questions or concerns. He thoroughly looked over everything in our basement and gave honest feedback or suggestions. It was nice to not feel pressured to do anything and he gave us all our options what we could do.

The crew was very nice and friendly. They explained the process well and involved us to show us what they were doing and how it worked. They were very respectful and answered all our questions. The Forman training the two employees did a great job explaining what to do and checking there work. They worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

We were really disappointed in what happened in the cleanup process at the end. Prior to the crew arriving we moved all of our belongings in the basement to designated areas to protect them from the concrete dust. We also hung up plastic wrap to block those areas off to keep as clean as possible. We notified the crew of this when they arrived. They did hang their own plastic as well which was appreciated. All the cleaning was good however once they were done sweeping and a ton of dust was in the air, they took down all of our plastic we had up and every room that we tried to keep minimal dust in was covered in concrete dust. This took many extra hours of cleaning as we moved things to the areas of the basement they weren’t going to be working in we and blocked it off. We would just recommend for anyone else who does the same, to please leave the plastic up that the homeowner or crew has hung until all the dust has settled and been cleaned. It’s my understanding that some of the crew was in training so we wanted to pass this along for other jobs.
