It's hard to believe that my mom and dad and now my kids have been with you guys 22 years. Over the years, we have been taken care of really well. I am very grateful for all the services you provide for us and how thorough a job your do and all the things that are checked at our appts. That being said, Sam V., is awesome; he really took good care of me. He called when he was on his way, got to my appt on time, answered all my questions, did a thorough job with what he was here to do, and he also called beforehand to introduce himself and make sure my appt date is still good. But the most awesome person is you Eric. Keep on giving great customer service and taking good care of the people you serve.
