Josh joined the American Waterworks team as an Appointment Specialist in February 2026, bringing with him a strong background in customer service and technical support. Prior to joining us, he gained valuable experience scheduling appointments and assisting with prep treatment at Mayo Clinic, and also worked with Geek Squad at Best Buy, where he helped customers troubleshoot and solve technical challenges. Josh was drawn to American Waterworks because of his passion for helping people find practical solutions and guiding homeowners through their repair journeys. In his role, he connects with leads, listens to homeowners’ concerns, and schedules free estimates, ensuring each customer’s experience starts off on the right foot.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys computer repair, gaming, rock climbing, watersports, and camping. We’re thrilled to have him on our TEAM!
