Sales Process
Didn’t tell me I needed to remove some 2x4s before job and they wouldn’t take the old sump pump with them.
Our Installation Crew
Communication was great. They agreed to do the work that I was supposed to have done ahead of time but didn’t know about.
The Cleanup Process
Drop cloths were dusty when put down. They should be washed before using each time. I asked if I should cover my things and they said it wasn’t necessary. It was. Everything needs to be dusted now.
