You need to provide health & safety training for your workers! I am a recently retired chemical safety officer, so informed your employees the foam used produces isocyanates that can irritate lungs and chronic exposure can cause asthma. Also, they should absolutely wear dust masks when they're cleaning up all the concrete dust!! Even when they're working outside--if you can smell the foam or taste the dust (or play "what color is my snot" when you get home, that crap is getting into your lungs and WILL cause issues down the road. AS A COMPANY, DO BETTER!
