When it comes to keeping the basement dry, a sump pump is the first line of defense. However, not all pumps are built the same and a sump pump failure can be disastrous. We know you need a sump pump you can rely on. That’s why Basement Systems’ sump pump systems are built with high-quality, cast-iron Zoeller pumps.
While sump pumps can take care of the water in your basement, the water itself isn’t the only problem. Moisture is another major problem in basements. High humidity levels lead to a wide range of problems, including mold, discomfort, and worsened allergies and asthma. Basement Systems offers a high-performance solution that can make your whole home drier and healthier.

Project Location: Ivywood St NW, Andover, 55304
Comment: We have a finished walk out basement. The guest bedroom has had some water leakage by the window/wall. The pillows that were up against the wall absorbed water, and the water then continued to absorb into the mattress, comforter etc... Can't figure out where it came from. The wall didn't appear to be wet except where the pillows were up against the wall...

Comment: We just moved in a couple months ago. There was a musty smell throughout the house when we first got here, and there is a well tank in the basement that is always moist. We took out all the carpet in the basement, which helped a lot with the musty smell. We want to make sure we don't get mold growth in the house. Currently have some allergies still inside the house, and hoping the dehumidifier will help. It's a older house. Thanks!

Last may before purchase of the home water was coming in through the window above area, they "repaired" the problem before closing. We have not had water through window but just discovered by pulling up the carpet under window that the pad is wet, carpet on top is dry. No other places in the basement leak thus far.
