Our LumberKote polymer sealer is designed to protect your joists and sub-floor system from excessive moisture. This product will keep your home's framing from growing mold and rotting out from under you. It's the first non-toxic sealer in the market! Once dried, LumberKote forms a resilient and hardy micro-film that protects your wood from moisture problems, saving you money down the road. This homeowner wasn't ready for a full encapsulation, and opted to just have our LumberKote sealer installed. Once sprayed, the LumberKote dries with a satin, semi-transparent orange finish. It's a MUST product for every conventional foundation!

A new home and a baby on the way meant this family wanted a healthy start.
