Comment: My home was built in 1923 and has a poured floor but block foundation. During heavy rain water seeps through the wall-to-floor joints. Some water goes to the drain but some corners of the basement hold the water away from getting to the drain.
I would like an estimate and advice of what my options would be. I do not currently have a sump pump pit installed. The basement usually dries out on it's own and doesn't have mildew issues.
