Project Location: Foristell, MO 63348
Comment: Our sump pump seems to go off every time it rains. When we first moved in we dealt with a flooded basement because there was no pump. In the summer we got very heavy rain and many things flooded- our basement did as our pump couldn't keep up with all the water. It was coming up through the cracks of where the walls and floor meet. Now it seems like every time it rains it goes off. We are worried about the drainage around our house and why we also seem to have water underground. Neighbors pump is always dry and rarely goes off. We also noticed today water wasn't coming from the drain tiles in the pump but around the tiles where it comes into the pump. We would love to know what's going on and have a solution to this so our basement doesn't flood again, especially if power goes out.
