My wife and I want to commend your excellent employees as well as your company for a job very well done.  After arriving home 2 months ago to find our home had been flooded and full of mold, we contacted Dayspring for an estimate for mold removal and repairs to send to our insurance company. Ryan Farnes and Justin Otto came out the following day and spent 5 to 6 hours in our home taking pictures and cataloging the damage. We received a very comprehensive estimate complete with detailed breakdowns of costs to repair our home and remove the mold. Thanks to the Dayspring estimate, the independent adjuster for the insurance company, whose estimate was considerably less than Dayspring's, returned a second time. After talking with Ryan, he changed his initial estimate to one comparable to yours. Our insurance company has declared our home a total loss and it is to be demolished and removed.  If It had been feasible for us to have the house repaired, we would have certainly hired Dayspring to do the work. We feel your company is the most professional we have ever dealt with, and what a treat to call your office and talk with a person, not a recording! I called you May 13th, 2013 because I have been so pleased with your services from February 2006. I knew you would do as good as a job as possible.

At this point your service has been excellent. I met Donovan first. He accessed the damage and put a plan in motion. This young man is a true asset to your company. Professional, polite, and heard working. He answered the questions I had and the ones he couldn't, he made sure Trevor knew so he could go over the with me. I met Hayden who helped Donovan and found him to be hardworking and polite. They worked quickly to get the mold contained and this had become a health concern for me. Tyler had replaced Hayden at some point. Very nice polite, hardworking and he even removed a squirrel's nest under the floor which he didn't have to do. Trevor was so great working with the insurance company. I don't think I would still be in my home with out his help, because I wasn't getting an results trying to deal with the insurance company. Trevor also made sure that I got hot water as soon as possible. I think Donovan, Trevor, Tyler, Hayden and Rich deserve to be commended for a great job and they went over and beyond to make this nightmare for me much smoother and go quickly. Thank you.

We don't think you could improve the service. Maybe a Latte machine in all of your vehicles. A+++ on everyone; Service/Attitude/Demeanor.Rich was a great guy; very competent. John (the carpet guy could not be improved on. If there is a next time, send me someone we can complain about. Thanks for everything. P.S. I was a builder, I never found guys of this quality together in one time.
