Leaking crack in foundation.  Filled and sealed with hydrophilic polyurethane. 

Vapor barrier around perimeter of home and landscaping.  

Customer came over to us while repairing a neighbors home.  Asked for some guidance on a troublesome leak in their basement.  Very small foundation crack was allowing moisture into the bedroom.  Customer had others look at the issue and none could find the source.  One suggested to demo the entire finished basement and put in a french drain system unnecessarily.  Less than a day later and a fraction of a hotel rooms cost, the problem was solved.
