Customer is very happy with everything - they had both WP & their crawlspace done over the same days and said both crews were very good. Because of the snow, they have not really had a good look at the crawlspace but feels confident that everything went well. They appreciate the crew telling them about another water leak issue they found in the crawlspace. They got a plumber to come out and got it fixed so that the work could continue. Rated 9/10 so far and once they get a good look at the crawlspace, they are sure it will be 10/10.
