The installation was a day and I feel protected in the event of flooding and the humidity in the basement has been controlled...I had mold in the basement. I purchased a Sani Dry to cut the humidity there and it has done the job. I additionally added a sump pump in case water were to flood the basement.

Sean worked with me with pricing when I was financially jammed.
