After dealing with ongoing basement water intrusion, this homeowner from Lansdale, PA chose a comprehensive waterproofing system to protect their space from top to bottom. WaterGuard was installed along the foundation perimeter to capture water before it reached the basement floor, while a TrenchDrain was added in around the water heater to manage surface water and direct it into the drainage system. Customer was putting their home up for sale, but knew as long as they had a wet basement, it would be hard to get an offer on the house and reached out to us for help. 

For this basement waterproofing job, we installed a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier and WaterGuard along the leaking wall, and tied this into his current sump pump. 

This was a 2-part basement project. We first needed to install a Supplemental Beam with 2 Smart Jacks to support the floor above the basement. Once the Smart Jacks were in play, we then got to finishing the basement by installing our TBF EverLast Wall System and Grey Elite Plank flooring. Basement Systems even went as far as camouflaging the Smart Jacks as a Decorative Post.
