This walkway was sinking causing a tripping hazard. Quality 1st Basement Systems was out to install the PolyLevel System to lift and stabilize the sinking concrete. PolyLevel is a lightweight solution that is environmental friendly and waterproof so it will not wash out.
A homeowner living in Monroe Township contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to have someone come out and inspect the concrete concerns they had for their backyard patio. The patio area around their pool had settled around an inch. With the help of System Design Specialist, Andrew Gagliardi and our team, each patio slab was raised and leveled using PolyLevel. The homeowner was amazed at how the PolyLevel injection lifted each settled slab back to its original state.
A homeowner in Monroe Township, New Jersey had sagging floor joists above their crawl space and contacted Quality 1st for a free estimate. Our System Design Specialist inspected the crawl space and noticed that it was being supported by bricks and concrete. SmartJacks were installed in the crawl space to replace the concrete and fully support the floor above. SmartJacks are a permanent solution and can be adjusted at any time if needed.
The basement wall had a large crack that was allowing water to seep through. Since concrete naturally shrinks, you need a system that will work with the movement of the wall. We recommended FlexiSpan as the perfect solution for these types of situations.
FlexiSpan is a flexible sealant, made up of open-cell foam and waterproof sealant. The entire crack is sealed and designed to move to make sure the crack is permanently sealed.
A Monroe, NJ homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems after discovering water seeping into their crawlspace. Our System Design Specialist, Javier Romero, inspected the area and suggested our Smart Sump Pump would be the perfect solution. In addition, Javier also recommended our SaniDry Sedona would also be able to keep the crawlspace dry and prevent humidity and moisture from entering the area. The after picture shows our team about to cover the rest of the sump pump with stone and cement to seal it in place.
