After they contacted Quality 1st to help with their problem, we sent out our System Design Specialist Greg to their home to provide them with an estimate. Later on, our crew arrived with Foreman Wilver to install the new system into the home. A new sump pump system, our TripleSafe Sump Pump, was put in the basement and connected to our WaterGuard Perimeter Drain. The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier that our crew also installed for this home to prevent any water leaking in through the walls from making its way into the space. Instead, this leaking water will now be redirected into our WaterGuard drains, eventually finding its way to the new sump pump.
