Crawl Space Repair in Cedar Grove, NJ
Michael contacted Quality 1st Basements when decided enough was enough with his crawl space. He wanted to complete encapsulation to prevent water and moisture from coming in and prevent pests and mold. He also knew his existing crawl space door was doing a poor job of keeping everything out of this area. Our Team lead by Foreman, Victor Leon, installed SilverGlo, our Heat Barrier, along the walls and around the rim joist to prevent pipes from freezing and that cold winter air from getting inside. Our Vapor Barrier, CleanSpace liner was installed on the floor and walls over the SilverGlo to completely encapsulate the crawl space. Laszlo also recommended our Sedona Dehumidifier System to prevent musty odors and moisture in the summer!

Our installer Eric ad his crew did the work to the specifications of the design and closed the stairs in and created closed storage to keep things neat and beautiful.
