This homeowner was experiencing continuous water seepage in the bottom of the basement wall. Basement Systems team went out to access the area of water damage and installed in the corner of the room our SuperSump with Zoeller M53 cast iron pump liner. That corner is the lowest part of the house where the water flows straight to the pump. Around the perimeter, we installed our sub-floor drain that captures the water from the walls and has a water route to the sump. The SuperSump comes with a WaterWatch alarm system that manages the system if it fails or a power outage occurs. 

We poured concrete into a stairwell that had dirt as a floor.

This customer was experiencing water on the basement floor every time it was raining, and even though he had a sump pump, it just could not keep up with the amount of water getting in to the basement. We came out and installed our SuperSump Pump which is equipped with a 1/3HP Zoeller cast iron pump which pumps out 2,650 gallons per hour, the SuperSump is also equipped ith a WaterWatch Alarm System which will sound off if water rises above the point where the pump should turn on, a SuperLiner that has 96 holes that allows water to flow in directly below the floor and an Airtight Lid that keeps out bugs, odors and radon gas.

This Fallston, Maryland family contacted us with an urgent need to waterproof their below grade space next to their garage area after noticing water from a big storm. The had done some research and hired our team through Angie's List after setting an appointment and meeting with our Waterproofing Design Specialist, Chris Cooke. 

After a very thorough inspection, Chris recommended a full perimeter waterproofing system to ensure the area stayed dry and healthy. Since he noticed the water marks near where the wall and floor meet with efflorescence all over the foundation wall area, it was obvious a full perimeter system was necessary. 

What is really important about this installation of our Waterproofing System is the Backup Battery the homeowner selected to really ensure full protection even in an outage. Nothing can bring you more peace of mind then knowing regardless of power, this system will continue to protect the home. 

Customer had a finished basement with a standard basement window. Since the basement was primarily used as a playroom for the kids, the customer reached out to us to install an Egress window as an escape route in case of an emergency.
