This church in Rensselaer, NY was having trouble with an odor. Interior foundation walls were leaking water and the source was unknown. Our team installed a CleanSpace liner to protect the walls and a SaniDry Sedona to take any dampness out of the air, and keep all visitors comfortable.

A homeowner contacted us in concerns over the structural integrity of her crawlspace as well as dampness down there. We set her up with a free estimate with one of our crawlspace experts so that she could be provided with the perfect solution for her needs. SmartJacks not only provide supplemental support to sagging floor joists, but also help to lift them back to their original position over time.
