Crawl Spaces rarely get the love they need. Despite being a vital part of the home in regards to the health of the air and even foundation, crawl spaces are often neglected since no one ever goes there. That’s why it’s important to address any issues before it's too late. These photos showcase the difference our CleanSpace system makes. This product is a wonderful vapor barrier and insulator that you can rely on for years to come!
Here’s a great look at how our CleanSpace system can transform a crawl space. Before, this crawl space was damp, dirty, and vulnerable. Now, it’s sleek, healthy, and protected. CleanSpace is a 7-layer polyethylene composition that is highly durable. Acting as a vapor barrier, CleanSpace keeps moisture seeping in through the walls and ground from penetrating into the crawl space, causing damage and unhealthy air. If your crawl space is experiencing water issues or the air in your home is feeling a bit stale, CleanSpace is a great answer. And, as an added bonus, it brightens up the look of the space with its sleekness; a nice little touch from a highly effective, reliable waterproofing product!
Sometimes, an entire CleanSpace system isn’t required. When it’s only a single section of a wall that’s experiencing seeping water, a partial CleanSpace job is all that’s required, which can be seen in these photos. CleanSpace does a great job of acting as a vapor barrier, keeping any invading moisture at bay, allowing your space to stay dry and free of pooling water. Pair it with some of our other great waterproofing products to have an even more effective system in place to keep your home dry!

Bill Seabridge is one of our structural System Design Specialists, once he was assigned this inspection he was right out there to propose a solution for this amazing facility! Bill proposed SmartJacks to replace the old style jacks they were using to support the structure. He also proposed CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system.
The library had a dirt crawl space under it, this damp environment is very unhealthy and destructive. The CleanSpace encapsulation system completely isolated the library from the earth, this dramatically reduced the humidity level in the air which, when combined with sealing outside air and dehumidification, eliminated mold growth and rot from their crawl space, this has made the entire library a healthier place.
