Everyone from the office team to the crew and of course our Design Specialist were great!  We were impressed with your ability to get the work done by a specific date. We're very satisfied with the job and appreciate the clean-up job of the crew.  Doug was great, and it was nice to not have a pushy salesman. We're really HAPPY with our new Scapewell window! Every time we go into the basement we're AMAZED by how light it is!

The installation crew were very polite, considerate and generally a pleasure to work with. They left no mess!!! My design specialist Richard Keigley is very responsive to all of our needs, as is  the office team and very friendly. We chose Adirondack because of REPUTATION and REPUTATION!!!This is our 2nd project with Adirondack Basement Systems. We are very happy with the 1st installation, hence the callback for the 2nd portion.. I can't get over the difference in the look and comfort of the basement.  The walls transformed the basement into quite a nice space. I'm very pleased and so is my wife. The foreman went an extra mile to re-attach existing outlets to the new wall--a step that is most appreciated.

Just had a rainy, warm day that melted a lot of snow at the same time. With our SaniDry there is no noticeable moisture in the house and with the raised flooring I can go about my day without concern of potential water damage to our new finished basement.

So far the system has been great! No more puddles!  The dehumidifier is awesome.  It's a pleasure to walk in the basement and not have it be smelly and damp.  After the latest rain I went to check the basement and not a sign of water!

From our initial meeting, until the end of our basement project, Tim was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help us assess and make decisions about mold damage we found in our basement that we weren't expecting. He even stopped by to meet with a contractor from another company who had some questions about prep work that needed to be done before Adirondack Basement could get started. Tim was straight forward and honest, and as a result we were able to confidently make the right decisions about what to do with our basement, and we are now enjoying a lovely new family room.
