In this garage we installed Waterguard and a SuperSump pump to prevent any further water problems. On the walls we installed our CleanSpace liner to make the walls look nicer. On the outside of the house we installed Iceguard to prevent water backing up from frozen pipes during long winter months.

This Yorktown Heights homeowner had a crack in her basement that was allowing air and moisture to flow through. The homeowner wanted to find a permanent solution to fix this problem. She did her research and trusted the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems. 

The solution was to install a FlexiSpan System to the wall crack. We first put a port at the bottom of the crack below the floor to create a way for water to properly reach the sump pump. Then, the polyurethane sealant is applied to the crack where the crack becomes more deep to form a durable, flexible seal. This system effectively stops any leakage which is exactly what the homeowner wanted! 

A homeowner located in Yorktown Heights, NY, was dealing with water seepage in their basement from the floor. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a new, permanent solution. Our Salesman, Don Godbout, visited the home and assessed the space, and proposed our full perimeter waterproofing system as the solution. 

Not long after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Antonio, and his crew to install the proposed work. This basement in Eastchester, NY suffered from water damaging, which was directly caused by less-than-optimal basement water-prevention structuring. The homeowners came to Connecticut Basement Systems in hopes of improving their foundation and preventing future water damage in their house. Tony Van Deusen, one of our Sales Consultants, went into the basement to give an estimate and advise the homeowners about what they need. They found out that they needed a Waterguard to collect leaking water, XL TrenchDrain to prevent waterflooding in the entranceway, CleanSpace Wall System to block water vapor from entering the foundation walls, and TripleSafe to direct water away from the home. These were installed by Foreman Antonio Diaz and his crew in a timely manner, and now water damage is a thing of the past for these homeowners!

This Pleasantville, NY house had so much space that they didn’t use. The crawl space was dirty and grew mold, affecting the rest of the house. When the crawl space would get moist in the summer musty odors would spread through the rest of the house. A problematic crawl space can negatively affect the air quality of the entire home in addition to an unusable space.

Luckily, Foreman Jose was able to come in and transform this crawlspace for the better. He was able to install a Clean Space vapor barrier on the walls and floors which prevents water vapor and humidity seeping through, essentially stopping the growth of mold. Now that mold, odors and allergens will be sealed off, the homeowners can utilize their dry, clean crawl space for storage, adding value to their home!
