I purchased a new home about a year ago, and there was a water issue in the basement which the previous homeowners neglected. They had do-it-yourself remedies done to try and solve it, but I was looking for a more permanent and decisive solution to the problem. I did some talking around, reached out to a couple of other companies, but they either didn't get back to me or they just wanted to try and do a survey over the phone without coming out to look at what was going on. On the other hand, Basement Systems seemed knowledgeable. They had a lot of good reviews, so I went online and gave them a call. They came out and did a survey, and were there within days to do the work. The team was great. It was a messy job putting in the sump pump, with the mud, rocks, and everything else, but they cleaned everything up. They took a lot of precautions from the beginning, like putting blankets down all the way from the door to where they were working. It was very clean, and I was very impressed. They did a fantastic job, and for the size of the problem that we had and how fast, clean, and thorough their work was, I felt that we got a good deal on it. The problem has been remedied, and I've recommended them to all the people who I know have similar problems in the area where I live.

Our basement workers were also a Win Win and the job couldn’t have been done any more professionally than it was. Sid the foreman and his two assistants were with out a doubt, the most hardest working team I’ve ever met.  No smoke breaks, no talking on any cell phone at all, like most guys, no fighting, no deer in the headlights look when I asked them questions.  I am tickled pink how it came out and am removing all my plastic wrap this morning and getting ready to wash the floors, even though they did a good job of sweeping up afterwards.   They started Tue morning and immediately got right into the job without a hitch. Then Wed morning your two electricians came and did the sump pump wiring which went perfectly and shortly after they left, Sid showed up again with the crew, finishing the whole job that afternoon.  So, as you can tell, I’m 100% pleased and have told neighbors and friends already about the work CT Basement does so it was a blessing to find you guys.   Please forward this over to Larry so he can see how happy I am to have used your services and my wife and I will be visiting your showroom when the weather get’s better for a tour. again, thank you.....Bob Chunyk, Somers CT.   A very happy customer.

Our system was installed in Feb. 2003 and even with all the snow and rain Northwestern PA has seen since then our basement has been dry. The waterproofing system was well worth the investment.

Wish I had the waterproofing done years ago. After years of fighting the water, mold and dampness I can leave things in the basement and not worry. The Bright Wall paneling cleaned the walls up. No more peeling and mold as with any old, big job my basement needed an adjustment and it was done without hesitation.

We are very pleased with the way our basement turned out. We are impressed with the workmanship along with the professional manner in which it was done. The day after it was finished we had a lot of rain, it was so nice to be able to go down the basement and not see any water on the floor or anywhere else.
