This customer, just like many of our customers, takes pride in their basement. The customer has a beautiful basement that has been completely finished and furnished, with everything from couches to a fully equipped gym. When they realized the basement that they had worked so hard on was having water issues, they wasted no time and turned to Healthy Basement Systems to asses these issues.
Our waterproofing expert, Mike Alexander, recommended that the customer get a pump system and a dehumidifier. The pump system will keep the basement dry, and avoid any water damage to their basement furnishings in the future. The dehumidifier will keep the humidity low, alleviating any musty odors so common to basements. The customer will always have a fresh, clean smelling basement! They'won't ever have to leave that area of the home!
