Basement Mold Removal & Humidity Control in Port Jefferson, NY Rental Home
The tenant complained of water intrusion in the basement. We found mold, high humidity, and water intrusion; but only on one side of the basement.
We first installed our patented WaterGuard system to provide drainage and keep the basement dry. We then thoroughly cleaned up the mold with CleanStart Plus, which destroys mold completely.
Our TripleSafe pump was installed to remove any water that might accumulate, and to keep the basement continually dry. The TripleSafe contains an additional battery operated pump, which kicks in during power outages, so water NEVER accumulates.
Finally, we installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which the client never needs to empty, to prevent the mold from coming back.
