I purchased a new house in November that had water in the crawl space. With that water, there was mold in the floor insulation. HBS came in and removed all water, installed a sump, removed insulation, cleaned mold then re-insulated and sealed up the entire crawl space. Previously there was 90%+ humidity down there, now it is held between 45 and 50 at all times. I have had other contractors (plumbers and electricians) in the crawl space since and they have remarked on how great and tight everything is down there.I highly recommend.

I had the best experience with Healthy Basement Systems. From the initial consultation with Rich who was very knowledgeable about basements and the various options, the company has to offer. On installation day, the workers were extremely careful and courteous while working in my home. They installed a pump and a dehumidifier.
