The overall job was done very well and care was taken to protect the premises from dust outside the work area.

When I called the office the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I had an appt. booked within 3 days.  Richard Alexander came to my house, I thought he was terrific and the most professional of all the companies I had come to the house.  I liked how I was sent information about all the services and products before my appt. so I had time to really understand the products.  I chose Healthy Basement to do the work in my crawlspace. Steven Navas and his crew arrived on time and were very courteous.  They cleaned up after the job was completed and had no problems explaining what was done to me.  I would recommend Healthy Basement Systems to anyone interested in having a professional honest and trustworthy company come to their house.

I'm super happy with my Healthy Basement System, they applied logic to why my basement was filling with 4 or 5 inches of water after every rain storm, then solved the problem. I had a burst pipe a few years after Healthy Basements had put the system in, and it literally saved my house from drowning! The combination of pumps, dehumidifier and common sense is the difference between their approach and others'. Even the plastic coverings on the walls and floor made a difference, now i can actually use my basement as it's 100% dry, it added an entire floor to my house.

The salesman was very professional and informative. We are pleased with the results.

The salesperson / designer of the system we got ( full perimeter)Frank Filice was knowledgeable, clear in his explanations and rationales for what he recommended. Knew the product from his company well and was extremely nice. He did excellent hand holding before the big job and follow up satisfaction calls after. It was a big job ( from my perspective) and seems to be working well.In addition, the people. Dealt with on the phone, Maria as well as Cathy were excellent .Communications to and from the office were first rate.They responded quickly and professionally to after installation issues( minor) and anticipate if any issues arrive in the future they will continue to do soVery pleased with HBS and seems like the have solved our hydrostatic water issue.

We had our nearly 800 sq ft raw basement finished. Although we do not have water/flooding issues, I was however impressed with the materials that are used esp in such conditions. They withstand water and moisture and do not have to be demolished if flooding occurs. I had the walls insulated and finished, the flooring installed and the ceiling with lighting and power done. The materials are of superior quality. The workmanship was top notch and the mechanics were extremely professional and courteous. The job was scheduled efficiently with mechanics coming perfectly on time. They worked clean too. I was apprehensive at the start not knowing how or how long the job would proceed. I was very happy with how it turned out. Thank you.

The crew of three guys were very diligent and hard working. Linda from reception was very nice and courteous when confirming the appointment. 

I can't believe the difference with adding the CleanSpace product to my crawlspace! The kitchen is right above the space and the floor was always so cold in the winter. Now, it's nice and comfortable.
